Car and lorry crash on A49 near Church Stretton
Traffic was backed up on the A49 in south Shropshire today after an accident involving a car and a lorry.

The road was partially blocked at Marshbrook, south of Church Stretton, around the junction with the B4370 after the crash, which involved a saloon car and a light goods vehicle carrying kerosene.
A fire crew from Church Stretton was called to clean up an oil spillage from the car but there has been no leak of the kerosene.
Traffic was moving but slow around the area.
