Firefighters to the rescue after 95-year-old gets stuck on a ladder
A 95-year-old man needed the fire service's help after locking himself out and getting stuck on a balcony.

Fire crews were called out to assist the man at New Road in Newtown at around 12.05pm this afternoon.
A spokesman for the Mid and West Wales Fire Service said the man had locked himself out and had then tried to use a ladder to access a first floor window.
His efforts proved unsuccessful and the fire service were required to help him down with the use of a ladder.
