Stage Three will set off from Newtown on September 9 and end with a summit finish on The Tumble in south Wales. It will conclude with a spectacular final day in central London on September 14.

The event will have its official launch today with former cyclist and Tour de France stage winner Barry Hoban leading the festivities.

Organiser Peter Hodges said: "The stage will start in the centre of Newtown and go through Powys and end at the top of The Tumble after almost 180km."
