Shrewsbury Town relegated as AFC Telford crowned Skrill North champions
Shrewsbury Town have been relegated to League Two as AFC Telford clinched the Skrill North title and promotion to the Skrill Premier.
Shrewsbury's relegation to League Two was confirmed today as they lost 4-2 to play-off contenders Peterborough United.
Jon Taylor gave Town a 1-0 lead before the visitors scored three times to sail into a 3-1 lead.
Tom Bradshaw gave Mike Jackson's side a lifeline with a goal just before half-time but it was not enough as Darren Ferguson's side clinched a fourth to seal Shrewsbury's fate.

AFC Telford were crowned champions of the Skrill North with a 3-0 win over Gainsborough Trinity.
The Bucks headed into the game knowing a win would see them win the title and gain promotion to the Skrill North.
Mike Grogan, Sean Clancy and Shaun Whalley netted for Liam Watson's side to send them into the Skrill Premier.

Watson becomes the first manager to win the trophy three times.
He has previously won it twice with Southport.
