Trust likely to axe £27m Ludlow hospital plan
Health chiefs were set to bring the axe down on plans for Ludlow's doomed £27 million hospital at a meeting in the town today.

Members of Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust were expected to accept recommendations to pull the plug on the controversial project, which would have been sited at the town's eco park.
Board members will be asked to instead invest £160,000 into Ludlow's existing community hospital.
