The Ludlow branch, which has been running for more than 30 years, once had 80-full-time members but that number has now dwindled to just five.
The association will parade through Ludlow on Sunday for the Remembrance Service before folding at the end of this year.
Local members say they took the decision with 'deep regret' but, with no new people coming forward to help run the branch, they were left with no choice.
Vice-chairman Jim Goode, said: "We are running out of members. At the last count we have just five active members."
