Woman airlifted after Shropshire Union Canal fall
A woman in her 80s was airlifted to hospital with a leg injury after falling into the Shropshire Union Canal while boarding a boat.

She fell between the towpath and a canal boat near Adderley, Market Drayton, just after 12.30pm yesterday.
Paramedics treated her for hypothermia and a leg injury.
She was flown to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
