A referendum over the £27 million hospital in Ludlow would be unnecessary and expensive, the town's MP said today.
The idea was mooted during a heated public meeting in Ludlow organised by Save a Ludlow Town Surgery.

"There is a petition where residents can support the scheme at www.tell philip.com"
