Tickets have gone on sale for a two-week arts event in Ludlow that aims to keep the nation's Jubilee and Olympic parties in full swing.
Ludlow Festival 2012 hopes to attract thousands of visitors from across the UK.
The event will feature performances from Harry Potter actress Miriam Margolyes, a production of Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing and a concert from Abba tribute band Bjorn Again.
Festival spokeswoman Liz Hyder said musical highlights will include the Orchestra of the Swan, which will be playing a main concert on June 27 and lunchtime concerts on June 26 and 28.
"The Glenn Miller Orchestra will present a sparkling showcase of wartime classics on June 26," she added. "We also welcome one of the most successful male voice choirs in Britain, The Fron Male Voice Choir on June 30, who will be performing with Ludlow-based professional soprano, Gemma Busfield."
She said Miriam Margolyes's one-woman show, Dickens' Women, on June 29, would be unmissable.
There's also jazz and folk this year, with a chance to hear Irish folk singer, Niamh Parsons, in concert on July 3 and to join her in a singing workshop on July 2. Rising star Liam Dunachie will perform with his jazz trio at the Ludlow Brewery on July 1, and the Ludlow Choral Society will celebrate Broadway musical tunes in Ludlow Assembly Rooms on July 7.
Festival tickets are available at www.ludlowfestival.co.uk or from the box office in Castle Square.
