Ex-Newport business park in homes plan

An application has been lodged to turn a former Newport business park into a housing estate with more than 60 homes.

Bosses at Shropshire Homes and Redman Heenan have submitted plans to turn the site on Audley Road into a mix of 61 social and private homes.

Plans handed to Telford & Wrekin Council include houses and flats for sale, social renting and shared ownership.
