Girl injured in fall from horse

A schoolgirl from south Shropshire has been airlifted to hospital with serious arm and leg injuries after being thrown from a horse.

The girl, who was believed to be about 10 and from Church Stretton, had been holidaying in Snowdonia when the incident happened yesterday at 3.10pm.
