A £10 million development of apartments and shops, which has created dozens of jobs in Market Drayton, was being officially opened today.
Royal Oak Court, in Frogmore Road, was being opened by north Shropshire MP Owen Paterson.
The project, for J-Ross Developments, has already seen retail giant B&M Bargains open, creating up to 30 new jobs, and talks are ongoing over the scheme's second retail unit.
The project also comprises 14 two-bedroom apartments.
