Car park employee 'was rude'

LETTER: Re: Lady who blocked the barriers at Telford Town Centre. Although I disagree with the parking fees, they have been enforced so everyone should have to pay for their time on the car park. However, I totally understand the lady's frustration and anger.

I was having a problem with my ticket and spoke to a female on the intercom, she was very rude and spoke to me as if it was my fault, she lacked customer service, people skills and should not be in such a position when dealing with the public.

As far as I can see when Telford Town Centre employed such rude people they deserve everything they get. My run-in was the day before the lady blocked the barriers.
