Empty our litter bins, council
LETTER: Upon reading the Shropshire Star, January 20, and the comments from Telford & Wrekin councillor Miles Hosken regarding the work put into fining litter louts, I invite him to walk along the Silkin Way in Coalport.

LETTER: Upon reading the Shropshire Star, January 20, and the comments from Telford & Wrekin councillor Miles Hosken regarding the work put into fining litter louts, I invite him to walk along the Silkin Way in Coalport and view bins absolutely overflowing with rubbish, especially dog excrement put there by dog owners.
These bins have not been emptied for at least five months, a charming sight for the many visitors to the historic Ironbridge Gorge.
Maybe we will get lucky and they may be emptied.
