Privatise the Royal Mail, BBC and Channel 4 and use the proceeds to improve the funding allocation for primary care trusts. When government says we have not got the resources. We as taxpayers must reply you are not looking hard enough.

If the NHS is still no better with more money it has got to work with less money. The Government's policy of denying access to life-saving treatment because of a shortage of money is abhorrent and sounds like something out of a totalitarian state.

The right to hold the Olympics could be sold to another country to generate funds.

Let's think radical, Mr Brown.
