Sadness over state of building

I have recently returned from a short holiday in the most beautiful county of Shropshire.

Whilst touring along the lanes off the A49 I came across the tiny hamlet of Woolstaston where I walked some of the lanes.

It was a great disappointment to see the state of a building right on the crossroads that I assumed could have been a village gathering place.

Many windows were broken, the floor was filthy and the pigeons had taken it over.

This poor dilapidated building was so out of keeping.

I trust your readers will take an interest in this neglected building and ask the authority responsible to renovate it so it will again be in keeping with the well-kept surroundings.
