Easy end to difficult situation
At last I can make and receive telephone calls, use the computer and watch television.

I wonder if Virgin Media has become too large an organisation. No-one working there knows who is who and that is when frustration sets in for customers.
My neighbours Glenis and Steve have spent hours trying to help me to speak to someone at Virgin Media, only to be cut off or holding on for help.
At last I decided to ask Mr Mark Pritchard MP, for help. A staff member then rang the Shropshire Star.
Mr Pritchard's staff gave the editor all the details of my month-old troubles and quite quickly my home was full of Virgin Media workmen. It was magic. Why hadn't I visited Mark Pritchard's office earlier?
The following day, my computer was fixed. I was now in touch with everybody, life had started again.
I am very grateful for all the help I have received.
