Crowds flock to home fair
Thousands of people today flocked to the county's biggest home fair when the doors to the third annual Homestyle and Deliciously Shropshire Exhibition opened today. The two-day showpiece event is being staged at Telford International Centre. Includes picture gallery from exhibition.

The exhibition is presented by the Shropshire Star and it concludes tomorrow. Click on the numbers below to see our picture gallery from the exhibition.
Organisers expect the free exhibition will be the best-attended yet, featuring more than 120 trade stands and exhibits from many of the country's leading home, garden and food exponents.
Products and ideas for the home and garden include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, cookware, saunas, art and landscaping along with many gifts and gadgets that cannot be found on the high street.
The Homestyle Exhibition was expected to prove popular among purveyors of good food and drink with visitors making the most of our Deliciously Shropshire section.
With Christmas fast approaching, demonstrations in the cookery theatre along with opportunities for people to buy beers, wines and spirits, hampers and preserves looked to be well attended.
As ever, Shropshire food producers have a strong presence and popular among visitors should be Heart of England Fine Foods.
The exhibition at the St Quentin Gate venue next to Telford Ice Rink runs until 4pm today and between 10am and 4pm tomorrow. Admission and parking is free.
