The Manchester quintet, who will play Reading and Leeds Festival this weekend, are best known for songs such as Cavorting, What Took You So Long?, Take Over the World and Not Nineteen Forever.

The group formed in 2006, and have released five full-length studio albums, as well as several EPs and two DVD albums.

Celebrating the tenth anniversary of their debut St. Jude, a re-worked version of the album was released earlier this year.

The Courteeners will play Birmingham's O2 Academy on November 16.

Tickets go on sale at 9am on August 31.
