Marcus Brigstocke to stage two gigs in county

TV comedian Marcus Brigstocke will perform two gigs in Shropshire as part of his nationwide tour.

Mr Brigstocke, who has starred on Have I Got News For You and Live at the Apollo, will appear at Ludlow Assembly Rooms on October 12 and The Place at Oakengates on November 28.

He will be performing his new show The Brig Society, which will examine many aspects of daily life.

It is part of a tour with more than 50 dates, including many at Edinburgh Fringe Festival this month where the show will be launched.
