Lilly Boughey, at just 15, will be the youngest performer on the bill at the three-day open air event at the picnic area.

The festival runs from Saturday May 28 to Monday May 30, with Lilly set to take to the stage on Monday on the Sandbrook Vaults stage.

The teenager, who says her musical influences are as diverse as Coldplay and Marvin Gaye, taught herself guitar and started gigging in 2015.

She is a regular performer at Sandbrook Vaults and said she was really looking forward to taking part. The headline act on Saturday night is Jean Genie, a David Bowie tribute act who has performed all over the world.

On Sunday, Doctor and The Medics – best known for 1986 smash hit Spirit In The Sky – will be top of the bill while Monday's headliners are Noasis, regarded as the UK's leading Oasis tribute band.

The festival started in 2009 but has grown massively in the last few years, with nearly 5,000 coming through the doors last year compared to 1,000 in 2011. Adult tickets for the event cost £24 per day or £47 for the whole weekend.

For children aged between 11 and 17, day tickets are £16 and three-day weekend passes £26. Under-11s get in for free.

A family ticket for two adults and two children costs £60 for a day or £116 for the weekend.
