ABC and Go West to play at Telford T-Live's 1980s party
Eighties pop giants ABC and Go West will join headliner Rick Astley at T-Live's summer concert in Telford.

They will join the Never Gonna Give You Up star for the 1980s party night in Telford Town Park Arena on Friday, August 29.
And the next day Lawson and Union J will headline the festival's main event.

ABC, fronted by lead singer Martin Fry, burst onto the scene with their debut album the Lexicon of Love. It topped the UK charts producing a string of classic singles including the Look of Love, All of My Heart, Tears Are Not Enough and Poison Arrow.
This debut album was a ground-breaking collection of modern love songs has been regularly named in critics' top album lists. The band made another seven albums and continue to play across the globe, including a Regeneration Tour across the US and a sell-out tour of the UK in 2008.
Go West notched a series of top ten hits in the mid 80s including We Close Our Eyes, Call Me, Goodbye Girl and Don't Look Down.
Peter Cox and Richard Drummie's self-titled album Go West sold 1.5 million copies worldwide and established the pair as a chart force and one of the greatest singer-songwriter duos to emerge in the decade.
In 1986 they won a BRIT Award for Best British Newcomer and in 1992 released their third album Indian Summer, with the single The King Of Wishful Thinking featuring in the hugely successful film Pretty Woman.
Rick Astley exploded on to the music scene in 1987 with his debut single Never Gonna Give You Up soaring to number one in the UK in the space of two weeks.
