Christophe Berra today admitted he expects plenty of changes at Wolves this summer.

Relegation could be confirmed as early as Monday night and manager Terry Connor's fate will be known after the final game of the season at Wigan on May 13.

The injured Jody Craddock is the only senior player out of contract this summer but a host of stars will attract interest from Premier League clubs and promoted teams.

Wayne Hennessey has been linked with Manchester City and Tottenham, Matt Jarvis with Liverpool, and Kevin Doyle with Reading, Southampton and Everton, while top scorer and £7m club record signing Steven Fletcher is expected to have serious competition for his signature. And Berra is one of 17 players who will have just a year left on their contracts this summer.

Asked if he will be here next season, Berra said: "I'm sure there will be comings and goings but that's for the summer when people will think about their own situations.

"That's part and parcel of football and it's very rare players stay at one club for their whole career. People will go but I'm sure quality players will come in too."

Berra admitted Wolves' long struggle has taken its toll mentally.

"It's not a nice place to be and we'll have to regroup and kick on," he added.
