Adlene Guedioura eager to help stop Wolves rot

Adlene Guedioura today vowed to be Wolves' missing link at Anfield if boss Mick McCarthy changes his formation against Liverpool on Saturday.
Guedioura was man of the match in a five-man midfield in Tuesday's 5-0 Carling Cup win over Millwall, scoring one and making one.
Steven Fletcher should be fit after a groin injury but McCarthy is looking into the possibility of playing one up front to try to stop the rot after successive Premier League defeats.
That would free up a slot in midfield and the Algeria international is one of several players who could play an advanced role behind Kevin Doyle, along with Jamie O'Hara, Dave Edwards, Nenad Milijas or any of the four wingers.
But Guedioura, who made his English debut against Liverpool in January 2010, has thrown his hat into the ring.
"It's the gaffer's job to decide how we play, but for me, I can play on the right or in the centre of midfield," said the midfielder.
