'You want to be heard and feel valued': The hope of better communication for Shrewsbury Town fans

Shrewsbury Town announced earlier this week that Liam Dooley had been appointed as the club's new chief executive - following the departure of Brian Caldwell back in May.

During Caldwell's time at the club, he regularly met with fans through the supporter's parliament and dealt with queries on various issues around the club.

Since his departure, supporters have become frustrated on the issue of communication after an uncertain summer at the Croud Meadow.

On this week's episode of Shrews Views, Jonny Drury & Ollie Westbury spoke to Salop fan Jack Groom of Shrews Analysis, who gave his take on the news of a new CEO and the hope of better communication:
