It is hard to disagree with the vast majority of Shrewsbury’s retained and released list.

It was disappointing – if understandable – to see Elliott Bennett leave Shrewsbury Town, but big things are still expected of young striker Charlie Caton

I think the fans and the senior players will be disappointed to see Elliott Bennett leave the club – but with budget concerns it might be understandable – he has been amazing since he came in.
