Four could return at Bury for Shrewsbury
Shrewsbury Town could be boosted by the return of four players for Saturday's trip to Bury.
Jayson Leutwiler, Jermaine Grandison, Zak Whitbread and Junior Brown all came through full training today after shaking off recent knocks.
Manager Micky Mellon said this afternoon: "Leutwiler, Grandison, Zak and Junior all trained and we'll see if there's any reaction to that.
"Pretty much everyone trained apart from James Wallace, who just did some work around the outskirts of the pitch, so we're coming through the injuries.
"It was important to get them out on the grass but we need to see if there's any reaction.
"It's huge and fantastic to have near enough everybody available and ready if called upon going into the last 10 games after the volume of matches we've had."
Leutwiler (thigh) and Whitbread (hamstring) have missed the last two games, Grandison has struggled with his hip and been out for five matches.
And Brown was kept out of Saturday's 2-2 draw against Scunthorpe with a nerve problem in his leg which forced him off in the 2-1 win over Coventry.
Matt Tootle is also back in full training along with long-term casualty James Wesolowski, who is pencilled in for his comeback in the reserves next Tuesday against Bradford at Shrewsbury Sports Village (2pm).
