AFC Telford slash prices for next season
AFC Telford United have reduced season ticket and match-day admission prices for next season as part of their 'Early Bird' scheme.
The Bucks have also extended their offer of free tickets from under-8s to under-16s as part of the town's loyalty scheme.
Adult season ticket prices have been reduced by 24 per cent from £315 for this season in the Conference Premier to £238 for next season if bought under the scheme – with Telford set to be relegated.
And adult matchday prices have gone down from £15 this season to £14 next term.
Club chairman Ian Dosser said: "As ever, the club have tried particularly hard to produce an offer that provides value for money for its loyal supporters.
"At the same time, we want to build the long term future of the club. The club are always working to increase revenue streams to enable us to compete at the highest level possible on a sustainable basis.
"We continue to work hard on plans to extend the Learning Centre, develop new income generating facilities on the site, improve the match-day offer and develop a new training centre.
"We are also looking to extend our youth system to provide our very own Under-18's programme based in the Learning Centre.
"Additionally, we will carry out a bottom-up view during the close season on all aspects of the way the club operates.
"This current 2014/15 season has been bitterly disappointing and we apologise to you for that. We very much value your continuing support at this time and we thank you for this.
"We work every day to try and make sure the club you support is the best it can be.
"Your early season commitment to us is vital and I very much hope you will continue to support the club in every way you can. We really can't thank supporters for their commitment and loyalty enough."
The 'early bird' offer will run until April 18. The Bucks have continued their policy of free season tickets for under-8s and extended it to include free matchday admission.
The free offer will also be extended through the Telford Loyalty Card scheme, with a full-paying adult on match days entitled to two free under-16s tickets.
Each full-paying adult or concession season ticket holder can claim two free Under-16 season tickets with the Telford Loyalty Card – a scheme that includes 260 businesses across the town.
Early Bird prices: Adult £238, concession £204, 16-19-year-olds £102, under-16s £51.
Match day admission: adult £14, concession £12, 16-19-year-olds £6, under-16s £3.
