Andy Sinton sure AFC Telford can last the pace
AFC Telford manager Andy Sinton is convinced his side can finish in the top 10 of the Blue Square Bet Premier this season after his side put in another eye-catching performance against highly-touted Grimsby Town.
The Bucks stayed eighth in the table despite Saturday's 2-1 loss against the fourth-placed Mariners on Saturday, only Telford's fourth defeat in 15 games.
Two of the three other losses have come against league leaders Newport and fifth-placed Forest Green, while they have raised more than a few eyebrows by beating high-flying Luton and Dartford. And Sinton's side pushed Grimsby all the way at the weekend in another promising display, only to concede from two set pieces.

Asked whether he thought his part-time team could maintain, or even better their current position, in an almost exclusively full-time league he said: "I think we are capable of staying in the top 10.
"I certainly think we are capable of being in and around where we are now and once you are there who knows?
"What we have got is goals in our side.
"I think there's only three of four teams that have scored more than us.
"If you look at Grimsby I thought they were a little bit sharper.
"But that comes from training day-in, day-out, injuries being seen day-in, day-out, personal fitness trainers, nutritionists, all that sort of stuff.
"That will come for us."
Sinton also praised the support the club received on Saturday.
A season's-best home attendance of 2,349 turned out on Non-League Day at the New Bucks Head.
Strikers Chris Sharp and Jake Reid as well as full-back Ryan Valentine will step up their comebacks from injury in a home friendly with Airbus tomorrow (7.45pm).
A number of trialists are also likely to feature for the Bucks. Admission to the game will be £2 and entry will be via the assisted entry gate between the West and North Stands.
