AFC Telford's start so pleasing for Andy Sinton
AFC Telford?boss Andy Sinton has hailed his team's start to the season after they completed their tenth match of the campaign against Mansfield Town on Saturday.
Sinton saw his side hold out for their third consecutive draw against former Football League opposition despite having to play more than 50 minutes a man down following Liam Chilvers' first half dismissal.
"I'm really pleased with the start we have made," said Bucks boss Andy Sinton.
"I'm really pleased with the players we have got and I'm really pleased that they are carrying out the instructions that we are giving them.
"With a bit more luck we might have a few more points but I'm pretty happy at the moment."
He also praised the spirit within a squad which has also had to combat an extensive injury list in recent weeks.
Sinton added: "There's some spirit in the side, there's a never-say-die attitude in the side, there's mistakes in the side don't get me wrong, but there is also a real honesty where we will have a go and we'll run through a brick wall.
"And on any given day we might get beat but on most days we will get results.
"We are going toe-to-toe with big teams. It's a sign of how far we have come that we can go and match these teams and push them all the way."
