AFC Telford United crashed out of the FA Trophy at the second round stage with a heavy defeat at Cambridge United.
The hosts took a third minute lead when Dan Preston put through his own net off an Adam Marriott corner.
And it could have got even worse for the Shropshire side, keeper Ryan Young forced into two decent saves and Liam Hughes also hitting the post for Cambridge before the break.
Kevin Roberts did make it 2-0 just 39 seconds into the second half but Telford had a lifeline eight minutes later as Chris Sharp converted to finish a flowing move.
But Ashley Carew made it three on 73 minutes and Hughes then sealed a deserved win for the hosts with the fourth goal two minutes into stoppage time.
