"I'm still looking and I've got irons in the fire, but there is nothing imminent," said Sinton.
"I know where we need to go but it is harder than people think because a few things have to stack up - and one of those is money."
Former defender Jim Bentley, 1980s striker Dave Mather and the entire FA Trophy winning team of 1970-71 will be inducted into the hall of fame at a special event at the Whitehous Hotel tonight.
