Shropshire unchanged for Unicorns Trophy semi-final against Cheshire
Shropshire have named an unchanged side for their Unicorns Trophy semi-final against Cheshire at Bridgnorth on Sunday.
Selectors have picked the same team that defeated Norfolk by three wickets in the quarter-final.
It means there are places for Shrewsbury bowler Mike Barnard and Bridgnorth wicketkeeper Simon Gregory, who did not feature in this week's Unicorns Championship victory over the same opposition.
The victors will progress to face the winners of the other last-four clash between Devon and Suffolk in the final to be played at the picturesque Wormsley ground in August.
Shropshire beat Herefordshire at Whitchurch in round one and have followed it up with impressive away wins at Staffordshire and Norfolk.
Shropshire: Steve Leach (Shifnal), Omar Ali (C&R Hawks), Will Parton (Shrewsbury), Alexei Kervezee (Halesowen), Robbie Clarke (Oswestry), Ross Aucott (Shifnal), Simon Gregory (Bridgnorth), Sam Whitney (Bridgnorth), Gurjit Sandhu (Twickenham), Mike Barnard (Shrewsbury), Jack Twigger (Wellington). 12th man: Jack Edwards (Shifnal).
