Jose Sa - 3
Solely at fault for the second penalty and partly at fault for the third, Sa had a torrid time. He was unsteady with the ball at his feet and made countless errors.
Nelson Semedo - 5
Semedo struggled defensively and was unable to impact the game offensively. A needless booking will now also see him serve a one-match suspension.
Mario Lemina - 4
Back at centre-back, the skipper was poor. He looked uncomfortable, was bullied by Evanilson and proved his long-term future probably remains in midfield.
Toti Gomes - 4
Toti made a bad start to the season and has vastly improved of late, but this display was similar to his poorest previously. Positionally he struggled.
