The Bucks have made a sensational start to the Blue Square Bet North season, winning their first three games - scoring 11 and keeping three clean sheets in the process.
They got a crowd of 1,501 for the season opener against Hyde - which they won 5-0 - and that number could be swelled this evening.
"So far the fans have been absolutely fantastic and they've got a really big part to play," said Sinton.
"We've got a good following and hopefully, by what we do, we'll get more and more.
"The team has got to give them something to get excited about, and so far we've done that.
"We've got another tough test tonight because Gloucester are a decent side - we had them watched on Saturday and they beat a good Ilkeston team.
"If we're not at the races we could come unstuck, but we'll work hard and hopefully we'll get our rewards."
Unchanged
Sinton is likely to be in a position to name an unchanged team for the fourth consecutive game, with no fresh injury concerns.
Danny Carey-Bertram, Stuart Whitehead and long-term absentee Sean Evans are the only unavailable players.
Striker Andy Brown has been struggling with tight hamstrings and the club medical staff are continuing to monitor the situation - but he should be fine to feature against Gloucester.
Meanwhile, skipper Shane Killock is warning his team-mates not to get carried away by their fantastic form so far.
"We've had a great start, we couldn't have asked for much more," he said.
"We've got nine points from nine, we haven't conceded and we've scored 11 goals so we have to be pleased.
"But we have to keep our feet on the ground."
