Boss Andy Sinton will take a second look at right winger Aaron Dillon as he looks to put the finishing touches to his AFC Telford United squad.
The former Derby County youngster failed to shine in Tuesday's 0-0 draw at Shifnal Town, but the Telford chief remains eager to strengthen his right wing options and believes the young ex-Ram is worth another chance.
"There's something there and I've done a bit of homework on him, but we're running out of time (before the season starts)," said Sinton.
"We decided to invite him up to training again, and we'll see whether we can look at him in another game."
Meanwhile, the Bucks boss has confirmed that he is looking to add an extra friendly — possibly behind closed doors to his side's programme.
They were taking on Llanelli today and are due to go to Hednesford on Tuesday and host Wolves a week later.
