And he is delighted to be playing under ex-England international Sinton, who he believes is the equal of experienced coaches such as Ken McKenna and Dr Andy Cale - with whom he won the Welsh Premier League at The New Saints.
"I've worked under some really good people at TNS, where we had UEFA Pro Licence coaches," said Naylor, who was at Rhyl last season.
Practice
"To be fair, the coaching team here are up there. Everything's done properly and it's very professional - there's absolutely no complaints from anyone.
Now it's down to the players to put into practise on the pitch what they are telling us in training."
Naylor revealed that he was proactive in instigating his move back to Telford - contacting the club after former full-back Lee Vaughan left for Kidderminster.
He has impressed in training and in pre-season, doing enough to persuade Sinton to offer him a deal.
"We've agreed in principle and we've just got to write it down," he added.
