Shifnal homes plan is up for decision
A decision was due to be made this afternoon on a major development in Shifnal including a new medical centre, swimming pool and 400 homes.

The proposal by Lioncourt Homes, which will also include 3,000sqm of office space and parking for up to 125 homes, for land north of Haughton Road was due to be discussed by members of Shropshire Council's south planning committee at a meeting in Bridgnorth.
It is hoped the development will bring new jobs to the town, and the developers held two exhibitions in the town last year gathering public opinion.
