Shropshire's budding Lewis Hamiltons have a chance to put the pedal to the metal at an Exhibition of Speed this week.
Speed enthusiasts visiting Enginuity in Coalbrookdale can test their own driving skills in a computerised challenge.
They can also see David Higgins's British Rally Championships' Team TQ Subaru Impreza following its entry in the Jim Clark International Rally in Scotland over the weekend.
The design and technology centre in the Ironbridge Gorge is hosting speed-based competitions, exhibits and workshops from today until June 1.
There are also be competitions to win some prizes including Team TQ merchandise and a day with David Higgins at his 900-acre Forest Rally School.
The exhibition is being run in conjunction with Inchcape Shropshire, which is providing a range of static and moving displays.
It is also showcasing its Design a Kart Competition in which local schools are receiving professional help to bring their kart designs to life.
Young designers have a chance to put their creative skills to the test and join drop-in workshops to design and make their own mini land-yachts and see them blown across the Engine Shop.
