Derelict buildings with missing walls are part of a site that's going to a property auction later this month.
The site at Woodcote, south of Newport, has been listed by Allsop ahead of the auction on April 18.
The site has a guide price of £450,000.
Photos from the 0.677-hectare (1.672-acre) site show dilapidated nature of the buildings, with numerous missing walls and much of the area overgrown.
Photos from inside the building show bare floors and walls, with radiators and bits of wood strewn across the rooms.
Allsop says the site, currently occupied by the derelict buildings, has 'planning potential on site for redevelopment, subject to consents'.
