Council releases video as it looks to track down owner who let dog foul in Telford town centre
Telford & Wrekin Council is kicking up a stink over a dog owner who failed to clean up after his dog fouled a pavement in Southwater.

The council has released a video of the incident, outside Travelodge, and opposite the Wildwood Kitchen, which took place on November 16.
The authority is asking for people who know the man to get in touch.
A post on social media accompanying the video said: "Can you help identify this man, who allowed his dog to foul on the public footpath and did not clear it up.
"Call our confidential helpline 01952 388800."
