A crew from Wellington was called to help the pooch, who was trapped at Trenleigh Gardens, in Trench, Telford.

They were called at around 11.30pm on Friday, and were at the scene for around an hour.

Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said firefighters had used 'small gear' to free the dog and reunite it with its owner.
