One car destroyed and another damaged in Telford blaze caused by 'accidental ignition'

Fire crews tackle a blaze that damaged two cars in Telford.

Shropshire Fire and Rescue were called out to a report of a car fire at 1.40pm on Thursday.

A crew from Wellington went to Holyhead Road in Ketley where they found one convertible completely ablaze and another partially impacted.

The fire was caused by "accidental ignition" according to the service.

Two hose reel jets were used to extinguish the fire.
