Telford car fire due to mechanical fault
A car caught fire due to a mechanical fault this morning.

Crews were called out to Sutton Maddock, near Telford, shortly after 6.30pm.
A Shropshire Fire and Rescue spokesman said: "At 6.43am on Friday, June 10, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a car fire in Telford involving smoke caused by mechanical fault in engine compartment. Crews monitored using thermal imaging camera.
"One fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale."
