Man who went to woman's address despite restraining order is jailed
A man who breached a harassment order has been jailed for four weeks.
Stuart White, aged 39, went to the address of a woman in Telford who had a restraining order against him on December 18.
White, who is from Dorrington, Shrewsbury, but has no fixed address, pleaded guilty to one charge of harassment at Kidderminster Magistrates Court.
Magistrates decided that his "flagrant disregard for court orders" were sufficient grounds to trigger a suspended sentence previously imposed. White was jailed for four weeks. He was also ordered to pay £100 court costs.
