Road ban for drink driver, 38, caught in powerful BMW on busy Shrewsbury road
A drink driver who was over the limit in a powerful BMW has been banned from the road.
Dmitrijs Kozirevs, aged 38, drove a BMW 5 Series on Abbey Foregate on December 28 last year.
