Oswestry man, 41, denies dangerous dog charge alleging policeman was attacked by his German Shepherd
A man has denied a dangerous dog charge alleging a policeman was attacked by his German Shepherd.
Anthony Jerrard, aged 41, pleaded not guilty to being the owner of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury at Telford Magistrates Court after an incident which took place in Upper Brook Street, Oswestry on January 26 this year.
