Accident blocks carriageway on A5 near Oswestry
Motorists in Oswestry are being advised to take care following a crash on a busy A-road.

Shortly after 2pm, West Mercia Police said the RTC, which involved a red Vauxhall Merica, was partially blocking the southbound carriageway of the A5 and A483, which run together around the town.
A photo from the scene showed the car in a layby by 5 Crosses Cafe, just a few yards north of Five Crosses Roundabout where the main road meets roads into Oswestry, Gobowen and The Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital.
However, they added that traffic was moving.
