Firefighters tackle basement blaze near Oswestry
Firefighters tackled a blaze in the basement of a property near Oswestry in the early hours of the morning.
Crews rushed to the address on Station Road, Weston Rhyn, shortly before 4am.
Shropshire Fire & Rescue Service sent two appliances from Oswestry as well as an operations officer.
Crews used two sets of breathing apparatus and a main water jet as they extinguished the blaze, before leaving the scene at about 6.10am.
