Building begins at six-home Oswestry development

Construction has begun on a housing development overlooking a golf course near Oswestry.

Primesave started work last week to build six houses and bungalows on land overlooking Henlle Park Golf Course, with the first properties due to be completed in 2020.

The bungalows comprise of three bedrooms, and the houses including four and five bedrooms.

Martin Moore, of Morris, Marshall and Poole and Norman Lloyd (MMP/NL) said: "Primesave are a respected family firm with considerable experience. We have known them and worked with them for many years and are delighted to be working with them again."

“The properties will be completed to a luxury specification to reflect the quality of the site, outlook and convenient location with good road and rail links.”

The latest investment by Primesave follows previous developments in Shrewsbury, Kinnerley, Great Ness, Oswestry, Llanymynech and Forden which have all been marketed and sold through MMP/NL.

Construction work on the site started recently, with the first properties due to complete in early 2020.
